HK Local Delivery
Free delivery service to New Territories, Kowloon and Hong Kong Island is offered for all purchases of a minimum of HK$2,500. A delivery charge of HK$220 (for Max.5 cases) will otherwise be applied.

Customers must check condition of goods and accuracy of invoice which then should be signed and the copy returned which will be proof of receipt and delivery of the order.
Regular orders received Monday to Friday (except public holidays) before 12:00 noon will be delivered on the next working day. Delivery is available Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am-12.30pm (excluding HK statutory holidays).

Returns & Breakages
All goods are checked before delivery and need to be checked by customers on delivery (see above). Claims for breakages or missing bottles must be notified either in writing on the delivery note at the time of delivery or by post or email received by us within 2 working days. Failure to comply will result in the non-satisfaction of the claim.
